3 Simple Ways to Reach Your Goals in 2020

If I can admit there have been times when I didn’t want to answer. I didn’t want to do everything to be all that I could be, because honestly it felt like to much work. This year is going by super fast, so I wanted to drop a few gems that I really believe that have made the difference in the progress that I have made towards milestones that I wanted to achieve last year. I’m still making a BID on my success in 2020. Below I’m sharing tips that can help you do the same!

  1. Believe in yourself- This is not the wishful thinking. The maybe one day. The “I know I can, BUT”mentality.         This is the I KNOW that I have plans to do this and because I CAN, let me ACT on that. This type of believe not only requires you to know but to also act. I remember when I first started this blog and how I had doubts. However, the more I started to believe and act on bringing my goal to life, the more I saw the success I could achieve. Do your vision board and start making baby steps today- it does not have to be all at ONE TIME.
  2. Invest in yourself-  You need money to make money, however you don’t need LOTS of money to start that goal. If you have fitness goals and can’t hire a trainer then start watching free videos from certified trainers online or just walk outside. If you don’t have all of the equipment to start a YouTube channel, then use your phone and get good in good natural lighting. If you don’t have the resources to start a business, then get around like-minded people. There are Facebook groups that are open with people who are in the field you want to be. If you do have money to spare, do your research and make small investments that will pay off when it comes to your goals…let that tax money you might be expecting serve a bigger financial purpose. Or just stop the nail appointments for two months and put the money towards an online course, ebook, or seminar.
  3. Discipline yourself- I’ve read countless articles and watch videos on what make people “successful”over others. Every single one of them mentioned “discipline” and they specifically stated it as doing something when you don’t want to do it! There have been so many times I wanted to stay in bed when I started a workout journey or not going to an event that I needed to attend (that I ended up making money from in the end). THIS IS THE MAGIC, YALL. DO it when you DON’T feel like it!

    I like this blog post. I CAN, let me ACT. Sometimes we keep saying someday and the someday never happens because we don’t work towards it but keep wishing.
    For me being consistent is definitely what I need and working on to reach my goals.
