Daily Habits that I Feel Improve My Overall Health INSTANTLY

In an on-the-goworld…we have to stay committed to taking the best care of ourselves. I always quote my mom and so yeah, I’m quoting her again. “It’s the little things… it’s not the big things”. I’ve come to realize that matters in so many areas of life. Below are the daily habits or the “little things” that help me stay focused daily!

1. Taking a daily vitamin.

I’m not sure why but I feel like I have way more energy when I take my vitamins or should I say way less energy when I don’t take my vitamins. In this age where our eating habits don’t put as many vitamins and nutrients into our bodies, is very important to consume them additionally. I take the gummy vitamins because pills are just… I can’t!You can find the ones I take HERE.

2. Having in-person conversations with family members or friends.

Yes, it’s great to talk to people online through Instagram and Facebook but is something about actually putting down your phone and engaging with those who are around you. I make it my business to connect with the people who I am around on a daily basis and try to have a conversation with them. Which brings me to my next point.

3. Spend less time on your phone.

I actually have my iPhone set up where all the apps shut off around 10 PM. Well, I sometimes override it..but it is very important that I just remind myself I should not be on my phone if I’m not working on a deadline or special project.

4. Go outside and take a walk.

I have cleared my mind so many times by simply going outside and taking a 15-minute stroll. I’m not sure what it is about being outdoors but sweatrelieves my stress.
